DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. If required any earlier, please send us an email at: info@pinkrani.com and we will try our hardest to accommodate your request.
UK DELIVERY:
We offer three delivery services in the UK: Royal Mail Standard, Royal Mail 1st Class and UK Next Day Delivery.
Royal Mail Standard Delivery – 2-4 working days - £5.95
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class Delivery - £7.95
UK Next Day Delivery - £9.95
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer two international delivery services: International Standard Delivery and International Express.
International Standard Delivery – 7-14 days - £20
International Express – 2-3 days - £55
If you are not at the delivery address when your parcel is delivered, it your responsibility to liaise and arrange a suitable time for delivery or pick-up with Royal Mail if you live in the UK. PINKRANI does not bear any responsibility in cases like these and no refunds will be made.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At PINKRANI, we pride ourselves on our exceptional quality control. Before each item is dispatched, we carefully examine it to ensure that it is of the very best quality and in perfect condition. All items are photographed before being dispatched, just in case any issues arise later down the line.
We have a strict no refund and exchange policy. However, in cases where items have arrived damaged, our team will review the case in depth to determine if an exchange is possible. All cases are reviewed on an individual level, as situations vary from individual to individual.
Earrings and Sets with Earrings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. This in line with the nationwide retail policy.
To inform us of a faulty or damaged item, please email us at: info@pinkrani.com with a copy of the order number and photos of your item within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If the exchange is approved, you will need to return the faulty or damaged item to PINKRANI within 7 days. You can exchange the item for an item of the same of higher value, by paying the difference. If an item is exchanged for one of lower value, a credit note/gift card will be issued.
Items need to be returned in their original conditions and securely packaged, to ensure that the item does not suffer damage during transit. If the item received by PINKRANI has further damage to it than originally specified, unfortunately, we will not be able to process the refund request.
In all cases where it is clear that used jewellery has been returned, the refund claim will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
All costs of shipping and handling must be borne by the customer. PINKRANI will not refund customers for any postage costs incurred.
