HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY?
If you’ve placed an order and need to change your delivery address, please send us an email at: info@pinkrani.com. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll happily change the delivery address for you.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
When we dispatch your order, we’ll send you an email to let you know, your precious pieces are on their way.
Dependent upon the delivery method selected at checkout, your parcel will be delivered within 1 to 14 days.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
Every one of our gorgeous pieces are packed lovingly by hand, and, each piece is photographed before being dispatched to maintain the highest level of quality control.
In the rare event, you receive a less than perfect item, please take a photo of your item and send it to us at: info@pinkrani.com. We take all claims of faulty items very seriously, so we will get back to as soon as possible with the best solution.
Please note any complaints of faulty items need to be sent within 24 hours of receiving the item.
HOW DO I BEST TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCT?
To keep your PINKRANI pieces sparkling and in the very best condition. We advise you treat your pieces with care and avoid contact with water, perfume and other chemicals when wearing them.
When not in use, we advise storing jewellery in the box we have provided, or an alternative jewellery box with ample space for your jewellery. Airtight bags can also be used to store jewellery if you don’t have a suitable box.
